FAQ
We have prepared answers to the most frequently asked questions about using our products, eye care, and the correct application of eye drops. If you cannot find the information you are looking for here, please do not hesitate to contact us—we will be happy to advise you.
Wash your hands thoroughly before use. Tilt your head back, gently pull down your lower eyelid, and squeeze one drop into the space between your eyelid and eye. Do not touch your eye or eyelashes with the dropper to prevent contamination.
Most eye drops can be used for approximately 4 weeks after opening. Always check the information in the package leaflet and do not use the drops after the recommended period has expired.
Not all eye drops are suitable for use with contact lenses. Remove your lenses before applying the drops, unless the manufacturer specifically states that the drops are compatible with lenses. Wait at least 15 minutes after applying the drops before putting your lenses back in.
A slight stinging or burning sensation may be a short-term reaction that quickly subsides. However, if redness, pain, or irritation persists, discontinue use and consult a doctor or pharmacist.
